These Terms govern your use of ascendiotechprime.com and of the ASCENDIO TECH process automation and management platform, and any purchases from ASCENDIO TECH LLC ("ASCENDIO TECH"). By using the website or the platform, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

The service and eligibility

ASCENDIO TECH is a SaaS platform for small and medium-sized businesses that centralizes tasks, workflows and indicators in one dashboard. It also includes support with implementation and with integration into tools you already use.

You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your company to buy or subscribe.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content your team places in the platform.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in local currency, in the currency displayed at checkout. The full price, including any recurring charge and its interval, is shown before you confirm payment.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase, until you cancel. The subscription price and billing interval are stated on the plan selection page and at checkout.

Where required by applicable law, we send a reminder to your account e-mail before a renewal. The reminder states the amount and the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

The platform, software and all content on the website belong to ASCENDIO TECH or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Your business data remains yours.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors, such as your processes, your team's adoption and the tools you integrate.

We do not promise specific outcomes in productivity, savings or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
